You are warmly invited to attend our Scout Group Annual General Meeting and Review Evening, where we’ll be reflecting on the past year and looking ahead to what’s coming next.

Time: 18.15 to 18.45
Location: The Scout hut Canterbury Rd

The evening will include:

• A short review of the year’s activities and achievements

• Group reports and financial summary

• Election of committee members - we could do with a few more Trustees

• A chance to celebrate our young people and volunteers

• An opportunity to ask questions and share ideas for the future

This is an important event for the group and a great way to stay involved and support Scouting in our community. We hope as many of you as possible will be able to join us.
