Following the success of the inaugural event last year, the Cat Lane Canter trail race returns for 2020. The route takes runners through the beautiful Cat Lane Woods next to Newfield school. The race is jointly organised by FMBS, Friends of Carfield and Friends of Newfield and raises money for all 3 PTA's. It will take place on Saturday 18th April, with roughly 5k/10k options as well as a fun run. Last year we raised over £2000 for our schools and we hope to raise even more this year. Entries for the 5k and 10k will be £8 in advance or £10 on day if the event isn't full. The fun run will be £2 on the day. We'll let you know when online entries open.
