Our annual Bonfire & Fireworks display will take place on Monday 5th November. Doors will open at 6.00pm, with the fireworks display starting at 7.00pm.
As usual, there will be lots of games, a raffle and tombola. Hot dogs & other hot food will be on sale – including vegetarian options. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and cakes will also be on sale.
If you would like to join us, advance tickets are available for £3 each. Family discounts on multiple tickets are available - £14 for 5 tickets (5 people), and £15 for 6 tickets. These tickets are subject to availability and will not be on sale on the night, when admission will be £4.00 per person- again subject to availability. Note, we sold out prior to the event last year.
To take advantage of this advance offer, please send the correct money, in a sealed envelope, stating your child’s name, section (ie Beavers/Cubs/Scouts) and the number of tickets that you would like. Please send the orders by 16/10/18 (Scouts) or 17/10/18 (Beavers/Cubs). Payment can also be made by cheque, payable to 74th Oak Street Scout Group. Please write your child’s name and section on the back of the cheque.
The night is our major fundraiser for the year. Income is ploughed back into events and building maintenance. We look forward to your support and seeing you on Bonfire Night.
